Our vessels will be available for charter from April 12th, 2025 – November 16th, 2025.

1. Cancellations Made by Guests:
- More than 14 days prior to the booking date: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled departure will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
- 7-14 days prior to the booking date: Cancellations made 7-14 days before the scheduled departure will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- Less than 7 days prior to the booking date: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure.
2. Cancellations Due to Weather and Safety Considerations:
- In the event that we need to cancel your charter due to weather conditions you will be offered the option for a rain check valid for one year from the original charter date.
3. Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances:
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your charter due to mechanical issues, or any other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule your charter at no additional charge.
4. No-Show Policy:
- If you do not show up for your charter without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.
5. Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule your charter, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests within 72 hours of the scheduled departure may be subject to additional fees.
