What is included with the charter?

We provide a licensed captain and crew to safety operate the vessel and assist charter guests. Complementary soft drinks are also included together with plastic and paperware such as cups, plates, napkins, cutlery, etc

What should I bring with me?
We always recommend guests check the weather and bring the appropriate clothes and outerwear. Please bring towels in you plan on swimming. You are also welcome to bring your own food and beverages.
How many passengers are allowed?
Motor Yacht Atlas is a USCG Inspected Passenger Vessel, certified to carry 25 passengers.
Are children / infants allowed onboard?
Any child 30 pounds and above is permitted.
What if the weather is unfavorable?
We continually monitor the weather. Should the forecast look unsafe we will over the chance to reschedule or take a rain check for another date. Typically rescheduling will be done 24 hours before the charter.
What is not allowed onboard?
Motor Yacht Atlas is a USCG Inspected vessel. All federally prohibited substances are prohibited onboard. No weapons of any kind are permitted onboard. Hookahs are also not allowed. Any unsafe or inappropriate behavior will result in in the charter being terminated.
What is your alcohol policy?
Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages. All persons consuming alcoholic beverages must be 21 years of age or older. Any passenger deemed by the captain to be intoxicated will be barred from any further consumption of alcoholic beverages for the remainder of the charter. Intoxication can be grounds for termination of the charter.
What is the suggested gratuity?
Our crew will work hard to make sure you have the best and safest experience onboard. Suggested gratuity is 15-20% and can be paid via cash, Venmo, or credit card.
Where is the boat located and is parking available?

Our vessels are docked as 332 Victory Road Quincy MA 02171 on R-Dock (right behind Victory Point Restaurant).  Public parking is available onsite.

Are there any additional fees?

Generally there is a 5% Sightseeing Surcharge that is applied to all charters.   You will receive an invoice for that charge with your charter contract.  If your charter is departing out of another location there may be additional dockage fees that will be listed on your invoice. 

How early should we arrive?

Guests should arrive 20-30 minutes before charter time.  Please be cognizant of traffic delays.  Boarding will generally start 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
